I did not like yoga when I first heard about it. The truth is that I did not really understand it. Then one day, my childhood friend challenged me to try it. I was really into the “fitness zone” so I did my research and I tried it. Oh wow, peace!
It is actually kind of ironic; it is tough on the body, yet relaxing to the mind. It looks easy but it is quite hard to get into those positions. Another plus is that it made me sweat. Yaay!! It’s like a “soothing cardio”, and it’s now my companion on my weight loss journey.
Now I am a yoga addict! Any yoga addicts in the house?
