During a conversation with my sister, she told me about her experience with a navigation system. While driving to Reading, she used a “sat-nav” because she was not too familiar with the route; however, she still got lost and started to panic. It then dawned on her that she was depending so much on technology (her sat-nav), that she did not even remember to ask God to direct her path home. She immediately asked God for help and eventually found her way home.
When she got home, she came to the realization that this is very typical of us as human beings especially during a moment of panic. We usually trust in the things we see; however if only we could give a fraction of that trust to God, this world would be a lot easier and sweeter to live in, and we would be so rich.
Has this ever happened to you? Maybe not in the exact way, but maybe something made you question who or what you put your trust in?
